Training and Development

Our training and development programs are designed to encourage the pursuit of lifelong learning and to help employees keep pace with the rapid change of technology across all industries. These offerings are highlighted by our early career development programs and training curated for our managers to support them as they lead their teams to attain company objectives. Our training programs are complemented by our mentor efforts and employee resource groups designed to facilitate networking, knowledge sharing and enhance the community we are building at CRC. We draw from industry recognized training providers such as Petroskills to supplement available e-learning tools and computer-based training as well as offering customized in-house content from our technical experts via our “CRC University” program

Educational Assistance Program

CRC provides educational assistance to eligible full-time, regular employees who successfully complete pre-approved courses of study that are consistent with the company’s business needs and the employee’s career development. Upon completion of each course of study, employees will be reimbursed for tuition up to approved amounts.
