We take proactive measures to identify, report and resolve regulatory questions or issues in cooperation with government agencies. We disclose material claims as well as proceedings asserted by government agencies for fines or penalties of $100,000 or more under environmental laws and regulations in our quarterly or annual reports as applicable. In addition, when an issue is raised about our operations, whether by our own employees, our partners, suppliers or vendors, our neighbors or regulatory agencies, we focus on determining whether there is any effect on workplace health and safety, our neighboring communities or the environment. We investigate such issues thoroughly and promptly implement actions to mitigate any effects and definitively resolve the matter.
